I dont have a double chin before. But when I gave birth to my first son and Ive gained weight because of my pregnancy. And then, I started to notice an excessive layer of fats surrounding my neck. I wish I could have it removed but I dont know how. Does that sound familiar to you? It is common to see double chin for people who gained weight. And this is embarrassing and annoying at the same time. So how will you get rid of double chin ? Its important to watch what you eat. Its a must that you take into consideration your calorie intake. According to research, the lower the calories you your body have, the lesser the fats will build up in your face. So, as much as possible, stay away from food with high-calorie content. Try to have a low carb diet. Since double chin is caused by being overweight, it is best that you lose some pounds by exercising. Lastly, you also need to keep your mouth busy because when your facial muscles and jaw are moving it prevents the build up of loose skin and excess fats hence preventing appearance of double chin. So, its a good thing to chew sugar-free gum to get rid double chin.
